Ceremonial Music SamplesFirst, hear some samples, then read our suggestions below. Q: Do you have any audio samples your arrangements of wedding ceremonial music for piano, guitar, flute or violin? Also, would you be open to playing something else not on your recommended list? A: Most of the pieces belowe sound great in any combination of
piano, guitar, bass, cello, violin and/or flute. We play them all the time
but have not recorded the various permutations. There are so many great
pieces, we wouldn't know where to start! You can pick the ceremonial pieces yourself or leave it to us. Most
people leave the prelude music to us, though we welcome your requests too.
If sheet music needs to be ordered, we may require you to share in the
expense. Air in D from the 3rd Orchestral Suite by J.S. The Prelude (pre-ceremonial music)As soon the first guests arrive at your wedding, classical music provides a ceremonious mood. Customarily, we play Baroque and Classical masterpieces from the 18th century by Bach, Handel, Telemann, Haydn, Mozart, etc. Unless you select certain pieces of music, we will play music written specifically for the instruments you have hired, not "Pops" transcriptions of orchestral music. The ProcessionalThe Processional is usually a slow, steady piece of music played to signal the beginning of the procession.
